eh hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!!

FINALLY OFF DAY FOR MEEE!

heheh, ive been working since tuesday.

started at 9am this wholeee week! except for friday.

so basically, these few day's my ORIENTATION.

most of the time, ill be at the i-host area, A CONCEIRGE.

for now lah, other than that, ill be either in the office/attending talks about ibis n our company. lets start with my first day kayy. saddam's been fetching me since day 1 except for semalam, cz yesterday's his day 1 at cathay causeway point.

i just wanna say that, working life isnt an easy one.

DO NOT TAKE THINGS FOR GRANTED.

its not easy to earn $$$$$.

DAY 1 @ IBIS :

tuesday, 4th may '10

(ORIENTATION)

was supposed to be there at 9am.

but i was 15-20mins early.

got my uniform, get changed, waited for my HR manager, signed

some stuffs n then off to my lockerrr! heheheh. NO.12.

i got a brand new locker tak salah.

so after the lockers, signed some other papers,

got my staff pass n also my tag!

n then kan, i had a tour around the hotel!! met everyone. semue kat sane v v v FRIENDLY! I sukeee! hehe, besttt, from the front office, to the carpark, kitchen, fnb n laudry, to the room n etc. at around 11plus ke 12, went back to the office, n i had to do some paper works since its my first day. around 1.15pm, went for lunch with JANE! hehe, shes sucha nice lady. ((:

after lunch, went back to the office, finished up the paper works given. I was supposed to end at 7pm, but i was released at 4PM instead, coz i had to go for the company's checkup dekat clarke quay. so Saddam tagged alongg lah. n then afterwards home sweet homeee. (((:

DAY 2

WEDNESDAY :

~ was supposed to attend a Course at 9am,

but it was postpond to 2.30pm.

so, klau ade course, maknenye im not supposed to work lah.

its erm, like a talk/lecture in a meeting room near our staff lounge.

n on tuesday, we had a talk on 'WELCOME TO IBIS'

so while waiting for 2.30pm,

my duty manager told me n eugene to have breakfast.

since there wasnt any task available for us kan.so after breakfast, i was attached to Eshpal. she taught me some stuffs n well, i did learned quite alot lah. went for lunch at around 1plus n had the talk at 2.30. talk ended at 6plus, n saddam was already waiting for me lah, as usual lh he.

DAY 3

THURSDAY :

THE MOST MEMORABLE DAY EVER,

N IT WAS ICE-CREAM DAY TOO

(all the staffs got free ice cream!!)

i was attached to JANE.

she taught me more stuffs.

n u know, even a 'THANK YOU' from a guest means alot to us.

n seriously, heaven was on my side,

a tour guide told me n jane that we are entitled to a free entry to UNIVERSAL STUDIOSS! I AM INDEED A HAPPY LADY!

other than that,

i assisted a lady from china to her room since she was carrying 2 luggage n was alone. (fyi, our hotels DO NOT provide this kinds of services unless if its a defferent case, for example, like the one mentioned above. we do not have a bell-boy, room services n stuffs like that) so yeah, assisted her to her room, n then, she gave me $10 for tips! hehe, lucky eyyy. i didnt want to accept it at first but then she insisted. so yeaa. then i was a conceirge all day long.

at 7pm, get changed n met saddam

had dinner at tong senggg! wanton noodlessssss...

DAY 4:

HAD ANOTHER COURSE.

we got around 12 more hotels under accor.
